Megan Ray, Content Manager
Megan is the content manager for Mia Bella Originals. She handles all of the advertising and social media for the business and venue. She is also the daughter of Gail! In addition to social media, Megan takes photos and videos during event set-up and creates media to promote the business. The blog posts that you see are also from Meg!
Megan has degrees in Art Education and Studio Art from Concord University, as well as a masters degree in Instructional Design from WGU. She teaches elementary school as her full-time job and puts her whole heart into the work she does. Her background in art allows her to produce custom wedding signage, be it chalk signs or paintings!

From the month leading up to your wedding through your grand exit, our team handles the details behind the scenes so you, your family, and your guests can simply enjoy the celebration. It's the difference a full wedding team makes.
- Month of coordination (including vendor coordination and bridal consulting within the 30 days before the event) included with all Mia Bella Grand venue packages.
- Day of vendor/guest/wedding party coordination (includes rehearsal and preparation of timeline) included with all Mia Bella Grand venue packages.
- A Mia Bella team member is assigned to the bridal party and groom’s party for the entire day to assist, answer questions, trouble-shoot issues, help them maintain the timeline, etc (no matter where your event takes place).
- Our team will move your ceremony chairs to the reception location so there is no need to rent two sets of chairs (only at Mia Bella Grand).
- MBO moves your ceremony florals rented from MBO (only applicable arbors) to the reception pavilion so you can use them twice!
- We will serve the bride and groom at their table so there is no need to wait in the buffet line.
- Our Content Manager photographs and posts your event throughout the wedding day to create a “buzz” for your event and gives you previews of what is happening.
- We reserve parking space for the bride/groom exit vehicle and for special needs requests.
